You’ll get an at-home Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis test that will tell us what type of metabolism you have and how it’s functioning at a cellular level. We will know what parts of your metabolism are contributing to your fat loss stalling. Then based on your results I will tailor your nutrition and habits to work with your body instead of against it, so fat finally comes off and your energy, mood, and performance all improve.

I help women who lift, eat clean, and do “everything right” finally lose the weight that won’t budge.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck — doing all the things you’re supposed to do, but still not seeing your body change. I’ve been there, and I’ve helped hundreds of women break through that same wall by looking deeper at their biology, behaviors, and beliefs.

  • Yes — I do require tracking, because it’s the only way I can truly help you. But how we track depends on what works best for you.

    In the beginning, you’ll take pictures of your meals and upload them to your Healthie app. This helps me see what and how you eat during a normal week — without changing anything yet.

    After that, we’ll move into a more structured tracking style that fits your comfort level. Some clients use the MacroFirst app, while others prefer simple portion methods using cups, spoons, or grams. I teach several ways to track — from full macros to calories and protein only — and we’ll pick the one that makes sense for your goals and lifestyle.

  • Your plan is completely customized to your metabolism, your goals, and your lifestyle — not a copy-paste template.

    You’ll know exactly how much to eat and how to portion it, using the tracking method that fits you best. Depending on your needs, your plan can be written by meal or by total daily targets. We’ll also cover meal timing, hydration goals, and even how to handle weekends or travel.

    You’ll get cheat sheets for serving sizes and food swaps, plus simple guides for protein, fat, carbs, and fiber — so you don’t have to guess or overthink.

  • Most women start noticing small shifts within the first two weeks — things like less bloating, more energy, and clothes fitting better. By the end of the first month, the scale usually starts to move and you’ll start seeing definition again. 

  • I totally understand that cost is something you’re thinking about — it’s a real investment, and you deserve to know your options. On our consult call I will go over the investment options if it is a good fit for the both of us. 

    While I do not accept insurance, I accept all major payment methods, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), as long as you have available funds.

    I do participate in Superbills (detailed receipts that clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement). Some clients have gotten zero to full reimbursement. It fully depends on your plan.  I do not guarantee reimbursement or speak with your insurance provider on your behalf.

    I do provide a FREE GUIDE that walks you through what to ask when speaking with your insurance provider to determine if this is an option for you. GRAB THAT HERE 

  • You don’t need to wait on bloodwork to start coaching — we can begin right away.

    That said, having updated labs gives us a clearer picture of what’s going on inside your body. I recommend recent bloodwork (within the last 3 months is recent). Anything older may or may not be helpful.

    I also have a free download that walks you through exactly what to ask for — it’s not medical advice, but it’s a great starting point to take to your provider.

    You can grab it anytime before or after we start, and once you have your results, I’ll go through them with you so you actually understand how they connect to your weight loss struggle.

  • The Metabolic Typing Test (HTMA) is a simple, non-invasive hair test that measures your mineral levels and heavy metal exposure.
    Minerals control everything from metabolism and hormones to energy — so when they’re out of balance, your body can hang on to fat, no matter how clean you eat or how hard you train.

    You’ll collect a small hair sample at home and mail it to the lab. The test looks at your mineral patterns over the past 3–4 months, giving a big-picture view of how your body’s actually functioning (unlike bloodwork that just captures one moment in time).

    Once your results come in, I’ll walk you through what they mean, how they connect to your metabolism, and what adjustments will help your body respond again.

  • Right now, I only work with women who are 18 or older and live in the U.S.
    This is mainly because of lab testing and licensing laws.

    If you’re outside the U.S., you can join my email list to be notified when international coaching opens in the future.

  • If you’re feeling really overwhelmed or struggling with your mental health right now, it might not be the best time to start coaching.

    This process requires focus, energy, and consistency — and I want you to get the most out of it. If you’re currently working with a therapist, that’s a great step. Once you feel more grounded and ready, I’d love to work with you.

    Many women start coaching after therapy or once things settle down a bit — and that combination ends up being incredibly powerful.
