Every two weeks before we meet you will log your weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, hips, and waist. Yes — I do require tracking calorie and macros. You might not be focused on all four at the same time but we will be paying attention to them.

Most women start noticing small shifts within the first two weeks — things like less bloating, more energy, and clothes fitting better. By the end of the first month, the scale usually starts to move. But every ones results vary

I totally understand that cost is something you’re thinking about — it’s While I do not accept insurance, I accept all major payment methods, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), as long as you have available funds.
I do participate in Superbills (detailed receipts that clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement). Some clients have gotten zero to full reimbursement. It fully depends on your plan. I do not guarantee reimbursement or speak with your insurance provider on your behalf.

Absolutely! I’ve had many clients use a GLP1 to help quiet food noise while in coaching we are testing Your metabolism, calculating the right caloire deficit for you, and matching your macros to your metabolism type.

You don’t need to wait on bloodwork to start coaching — we can begin right away.
That said, having updated labs gives us a clearer picture of what’s going on inside your body. I recommend recent bloodwork (within the last 3 months is recent). Anything older may or may not be helpful.

The Metabolic Typing Test (HTMA) is a simple, non-invasive hair test that measures your mineral levels and heavy metal exposure.
Minerals control everything from metabolism and hormones to energy — so when they’re out of balance, your body can hang on to fat, no matter how clean you eat or how hard you train.You’ll collect a small hair sample at home and mail it to the lab. The test looks at your mineral patterns over the past 3–4 months, giving a big-picture view of how your body’s actually functioning (unlike bloodwork that just captures one moment in time).
Once your results come in, I’ll walk you through what they mean, how they connect to your metabolism, and what adjustments will help your body respond again.
